Group Legal is a section consisting of 35 lawyers globally, who is providing legal advice to all business areas in DNV on a global basis. The team of lawyers is a distributed team located at Høvik, Hamburg, London, Glasgow, Shanghai, Singapore, Dubai, Houston and Mexico City. The Group Legal function is headed by the Group Legal Director at Group headquarters at Høvik and reports to the Group CFO.
We are currently looking for lawyers to join the Digital Solutions Team. The team supports digitalization- and business development initiatives, develops standard contracts and negotiates a wide range of contracts and supports DNV’s IP portfolio. We work closely with teams across the company to provide the legal perspective and guidance on things like licencing, the collection, use and storage of data, digital delivery models, e-health, e-signature, procurement and DNV`s research and technology development.
